You would spend your time preparing surfaces, sand blasting, mixing coatings, polishing and applying finishes.

Core responsibilities will typically include:
- Surface Preparation: Clean, degrease, and sandblast.
- Coating Application: Mix coatings.
- Finish the surface of a metal product (brass) to specified finish.
- Apply protective wax coating to parts.
- Use the electro plating plant to apply nickel and chrome finishes.
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
- Experience in applying high-performance coatings to metal / brass.
- Proven experience in surface cleaning, degreasing, and sandblasting to ensure optimal adhesion and finish quality.
- Hands-on experience with HVLP (high volume low pressure) spray guns and other coating application equipment.
- Ability to mix and match colours accurately to achieve desired hues and finishes.
- Experience in inspecting coated products to ensure they meet specified quality standards.
