Core responsibilities will typically include:
· Outbound calling to new clients (contact details provided).
· Follow up calls to clients after; a quote / sample being sent out or a new enquiry.
· Call clients who have engaged on social media pages.
· Booking appointments for the Sales Team to visit clients.
· Sending out samples.
· Managing the CRM system, ensuring all client communication is updated.
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
· Relevant experience in new business, sales, telesales, lead generation or appointment setting.
· Confident making outbound calls to high profile B2B Clients (Architects, Designers and Contractors)
· A natural communicator who enjoys being on the phone.
· Competent on MS Office Suite.
· Used to working with a CRM system.
· Ideally have experience / interest in the interior design, construction, building materials or architectural sector.
